By registering an account with Muneef Inc ("Muneef", "we", "us", or "our"), utilizing our wholesale voice routing platform, connecting to our Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) endpoints, or referencing our telecom API systems, you confirm your acceptance of and agreement to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
These provisions represent a binding legal contract between Muneef Inc and the corporate customer, carrier partner, or individual operator utilizing our systems ("Customer", "you", or "your"). If you do not agree with any structural parameters documented in this text, you must discontinue any integration or service utilization immediately.
Muneef Inc coordinates B2B telecommunication paths, specifically including international voice termination, outbound and inbound SIP trunk routing, dedicated call-center route segments, and carrier-to-carrier interconnect alignments.
All services are provided on an enterprise B2B basis. Because our systems route packets across multiple third-party network tiers, Muneef does not warrant that its routing segments are compatible with every individual piece of end-user hardware. Customers are responsible for verifying endpoint compatibility using our testing allocations prior to routing commercial production traffic.
As a client utilizing our routing interfaces, you are responsible for maintaining operational discipline across your endpoints:
To maintain the integrity and rating score of our direct routing pipelines, we enforce strict limitations regarding traffic profiles. You agree not to utilize our network to route:
Violating these traffic standards degrades carrier scores across downstream interconnect paths. Muneef preserves the right to run real-time traffic audits and block non-compliant routes instantly.
Transactions and billing for voice termination pipelines are handled under strict financial guidelines:
While Muneef Inc designs redundant routing pipelines to targets high operational uptime across our Session Border Controllers, we do not claim absolute, uninterrupted availability. Our networks depend on international fiber, local exchange connections, and downstream carrier transit nodes.
Scheduled hardware adjustments, routing updates, or emergency NOC interventions will be executed during off-peak windows when feasible, with notifications sent to technical profile endpoints when operations might impact concurrency limits.
We reserve the right to temporarily restrict or completely suspend routing paths associated with your account under the following conditions:
All materials, operational control portals, proprietary routing calculators, API definitions, portal designs, and intellectual assets utilized to deliver Muneef Inc services are the exclusive property of Muneef Inc or our licensed technology partners.
These terms grant no transfer of ownership, software patent utilization rights, or brand licensing permissions unless explicitly documented within a signed master service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muneef Inc, its officers, directors, network engineers, and downstream transit partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This limitation covers loss of revenue, profit drops, service interruptions, voice route delays, data leaks, or PBX hacks occurring on Customer premises. In no instance shall our aggregated financial liability for any claim arising from this contract exceed the total amount paid by the Customer to Muneef during the three (3) month window immediately preceding the active dispute event.
Both parties agree to treat proprietary parameters as strictly confidential:
Confidential information includes customized routing rate sheets, direct carrier trunk pricing, upcoming network layout adjustments, and transactional structures. Neither party shall disclose these parameters to competitor entities or public registries unless required by valid administrative sub-surface auditing or judicial subpoena structures.
This agreement and the execution of services thereunder shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without giving effect to conflicts of law regulations.
Any legal actions, contractual arbitration proceedings, or litigation actions arising from these terms must be initiated and handled exclusively within courts situated in Cook County, Chicago, Illinois.
Either party may terminate the standard service agreement by providing written notice to the other party's registered administrative contact points:
Upon contract termination, all routing paths associated with the active account are torn down, credentials are deactivated, and any remaining payment obligations or accrued termination fees are computed and billed immediately. Prepayment balances remaining after settling current CDR invoices will be returned in accordance with standard corporate banking timelines, less applicable transaction processing fees.
